Tyrone Johnson is the co-founder and Chairman of BIG INC. Johnson has created a model for an 11-week construction education and financial literacy program for underserved and unrepresented individuals. As a civil engineer his experience and expertise has helped catapult so many young lives.

Kelly S Felder, Co-founder. As the Executive Director of BIG INC, Kelly S Felder, is a visionary leader committed to advancing the organization's mission of providing impactful training opportunities to build and elevate underserved and underrepresented individuals. With a passion for professional development training, she brings over 5 years of experience in nonprofit management, 20 years strategic development, and community engagement.

Felder & Johnson combined have over 25 years of experience in construction and project management.
Johnson has served as a program manager and engineer on public and private construction projects, including at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee and Milwaukee Christian Center, and The Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce.
